ANNUAL NOTIFICATIONS TO STUDENTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS

The Tri-Valley ROP is required to provide its students and parents with certain legal notifications annually. The following documents are sent home with students the first week of school for parents/guardians to review, sign, and return to their student's ROP teacher.

Release of Student's Photograph, Image, Voice, Testimonials, and Work Products to the Tri-Valley ROP and/or the Media - Sign and return form

Sexual Harassment Policy (BP/AR 5300) and Uniform Complaint Procedure (BP/AR 1700) - Sign and return this form acknowledging receipt of both policies.

Student Acceptable Use Agreement for Internet Access (E 6126) - Sign and return the back signature page only
