The TVROCP Joint Powers Governing Board is composed of one representative from the Governing Board of each of the four Member Districts: Dublin USD, Livermore Valley Joint USD, Pleasanton USD, and Sunol Glen USD. The TVROCP is an entity that is separate and apart from the Member Districts, and is governed by the Third Amended Joint Powers Agreement.
